Notice To All our Valued Customers
Our Policy on Booking Appointments

Appointments

​

  •  Although a 15 minute grace period is offered, we encourage you to come at least 10 minutes before start of your session time if you are a new customer.                                        

  • Any appointment to our services is a commitment between you and L’Oasis Points of Light. We intend to honor our commitment to you, and we expect you to do the same.                                                                                                                                                         

  • All appointments will require a form of payment (credit or debit card) to be placed on file. Note that your information will be securely saved in our database server, and will not be made public. ( your safety matters to us)                                                       

  •  Rescheduling your appointment 3 times in a row will result in a 25% charge. We have to be fair to other customers who really need the time.

Cancellation:

 A 24 hour cancellation or reschedule notice will prevent you from being charged for no show.

​

Exchange and Refund:
Due to the quality of products and services that we offer, L’Oasis Points of Light does not do Refund or Exchange.
