Dumortierite

Dumortierite is a very rare aluminum borate silicate mineral that is found in the form of masses, small prismatic crystals, or as fibrous inclusions within Quartz. Its color is usually a dark or navy blue, but can also be found as green, brown, violet, and even light pink. 
 
 Dumortierite is usually found in aluminum rich pegmatite in countries such as Austria, Brazil, Madagascar, Namibia, Canada, Russia, Sri Lanka, and the USA.
